Board of Education, the honorable Chief Justice Earl Warren stated, “In these days, it is doubtful that any child may reasonably be expected to succeed in life if he is denied the opportunities of an education” (1954). I would agree that the greatest modern day example of this life altering atrocity is the alarming rate in which African-American students are suspended from school.
